The space

The lights
When we visited Cherry Glamping, we brought our Solar String Lights and strung them around the tent entrance and outdoor areas. The tent feels less like a temporary shelter and more like somewhere you genuinely belong.
Just light that arrives when you need it and asks nothing in return.
For Cherry Glamping’s communal spaces, the lapa and braai area, we installed our connectable Drop String Festoon Lights and Fairy Lights, strung overhead and woven gently through the surrounding trees. The warm amber glow they cast across the gathering space does something quietly profound, it slows everything down. Conversations linger. Dinners stretch. Nobody is in a hurry to go anywhere.
For weddings, it is something else entirely. There is a particular romance to dancing under warm string lights with the Elgin Valley dark and quiet around you, the kind of evening that stays with people long after the weekend ends.
